Man-Tek Logo

MAN-TEK was formed in 1992 to provide multi-disciplinary advice to Canadian manufacturers. During the first five years, the company focused on issues relating to plant design, equipment specification and information technology development.

The corporate mandate during these years was to ensure that the clients received government financial assistance with their projects, and it was from that methodology that our focus shifted to include assisting companies with the Scientific Research and Experimental Development claims.

The founders of MAN-TEK, Dennis Jonasson and Suzanne Gleadall strive to provide clients with access to competent technical writers, well-versed tax accountants and leading edge research data management systems.

MAN-TEK is considered a leader in SR&ED data management and preparation, and works closely with all CCRA officers. R&D Wizard was released to the SR&ED community in 1996 and continues to see significant increases in users. The company manages over $10 Million Investment Tax Credits per year on behalf of clients.

Areas of successful claims are: Software, Equipment, Agriculture, Manufacturing, and Biotechnology.

In addition, the company has completed development of three major software systems:

  • Renaissance Manufacturing Software
  • R&D Wizard Project Management System
  • Disability Employment Agency
