MAN-TEK was formed in 1992 to provide multi-disciplinary advice
to Canadian manufacturers. During the first five years, the company
focused on issues relating to plant design, equipment specification
and information technology development.
The corporate mandate during these years was to ensure that the
clients received government financial assistance with their projects,
and it was from that methodology that our focus shifted to include
assisting companies with the Scientific Research and Experimental
Development claims.
The founders of MAN-TEK, Dennis Jonasson and Suzanne Gleadall
strive to provide clients with access to competent technical writers,
well-versed tax accountants and leading edge research data management
systems.
MAN-TEK is considered a leader in SR&ED data management and
preparation, and works closely with all CCRA officers. R&D
Wizard was released to the SR&ED community in 1996 and continues
to see significant increases in users. The company manages over
$10 Million Investment Tax Credits per year on behalf of clients.
